If you have a small presentation group, 10 to 20 people, renting a 1500-2000 lumen DLP or LCD projector will be able to produce a nice and clear picture. If you have a medium presentation group, 20 to 40 people, renting a 2500-3500 lumen DLP or LCD projector will generally better serve your viewing audience. For larger audiences, 40 people or more, you should consider renting 5000 to 7500 lumen DLP or LCD projectors.

If you have space constraint issues, Short-throw projectors only require half the projection distance of traditional projectors.
